MISSION STATEMENT

The Woodlawn Botanical Nature Center is a non for profit, living collection of native and cultivated plant species, displayed within a bio-diverse urban green space at Hyde Park ACADEMY High School. Woodlawn Botanical Nature Center supports an awareness and appreciation of local Plant diversity.

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

Our goal is to develop community programs that will provide innovative ways to explore, understand and save plants. We will assist underserved students of all ages to explore hand-on learning activities necessary toward facing new challenges related to bio-diversity and green spaces, as well as enriching the quality of lives in Woodlawn.
